Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience required.
• Experience in investment management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client operational tasks and liaison with custodians and partners.
• Provide operational support to Associate and Lead Advisors.
• Coordinate client requests, documentation and follow-up with internal and external teams.
• Lead team projects through to completion and track progress.
• Coordinate with third parties including brokers, banks, accountants, and attorneys.
• Schedule meetings and prepare materials in advance.
• Maintain client data in CRM and reporting systems.
• Assist with quarterly tax payments and tax document gathering.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules and guidelines with the Chief Compliance Officer.
