Job summary

Clearstead is seeking a Client Service Manager in Santa Fe, NM, to serve as the primary contact for client service requests and support Trust Services. The role collaborates with the Advisor and Director teams to ensure timely, accurate responses and proactive client care.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, coordination with custodians and external partners, and effective use of CRM and reporting tools to maintain high client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s primary point of contact for all operational and administrative tasks, and serve as liaison between clients, custodians and other partners
• Provide operational and administrative support to Associate Advisors and Lead Advisors
• Support Trust Services by coordinating client requests, documentation, and follow-up with internal team members and external partners
• Organize, track and lead team projects, seeing them through to successful completion
• Provide support across a diverse suite of services and coordinate with third parties including but not limited to brokerage firms, banks, accountants, insurance agents, attorneys, trustees, and real estate agents
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, and prepare meeting materials in advance
• Maintain client information in CRM and other reporting systems
• Coordinate quarterly tax payments and gathering tax document as part of Clarius’ role tax return preparation
• Work with all members of the team and the Chief Compliance Officer to adhere to federal, state and company compliance rules and guidelines.
