The Waldinger Corporation in Des Moines is seeking a Client Experience Service Analyst to join our Des Moines Office. You will execute administrative and operational tasks to improve efficiency, quality, and service performance, using data-driven decisions to exceed client expectations.

You will support work order management, branch coordination, contract compliance, and billing review while collaborating with the service team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Job Summary

Responsible for executing administrative and operational tasks to enhance efficiency, quality, and service performance, aiming to exceed our clients expectations through data-driven decisions. Demonstrates client service, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to analyze data for effective collaboration with other members of the service team.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Management: Reviews and updates work orders according to client requirements in order to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing. Establishes a clear understanding of client expectations for work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Branch Coordination: Builds and maintains positive relationships with local branches to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication to execute client specifications.
• Contract Compliance: Understands and locates contract specifications to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, even with limited contract knowledge.
• Proposals & Quotes: Processes quotes following the Account Manager’s review, with focus on accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
• Billing Review: Supports the review of work order billings for clients per the client billing requirements
