• Minimum two years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures
• Experience in Landscape/Construction office environment (preferred)
• CRM and SAP experience (preferred)
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
• Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Typing speed and cognitive test may be done before offer is made
