Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Client Experience Office Coordinator to join our field offices in Lombard, IL. This permanent, full-time role focuses on first-line client contact, project coordination, and office administration to support our horticultural and environmental services teams.

You will manage client inquiries, perform proposal and contract tasks, and coordinate onboarding for new hires while maintaining accurate records and databases.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum two-years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures.
• Preferred: previous experience working in Landscape and Construction office environment.
• Preferred: prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems.
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
