Job summary
The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a results-driven supervisor to oversee daily field operations in Tampa, FL. You will lead crews, enforce safety standards, and manage timecards, deliveries, and documentation to ensure efficient, profitable production.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring hours vs. budget, maintaining fleet and equipment, and ensuring compliance with plant health care product handling. CDL may be required; CDL training and safety courses provided.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver’s license; CDL preferred and may be required, depending on position requirements.
- Ability to complete required safety courses upon hire.
- Ability to complete Davey Career Development Program (CDP) books.
- Ability to operate power equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional landscape and grounds management experience
