Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager in West Hartford, CT. You will manage a portfolio of clients, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver personalized, high-quality service.

You will develop relationships with clients and carriers, support renewals, and contribute to client education resources and reporting. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform and industry trends.
• Minimum 3 years of client service and/or industry experience.
• Ability to express ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send proposals to insurance carriers and track results.
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy.
• Create and maintain client files per office procedures.
• Respond to client or carrier questions and coordinate with senior staff.
