Job summary

SGS is a world-leading testing, inspection and certification company. We seek a Client Services Liaison to coordinate between clients, laboratory management and department staff, delivering timely, accurate support and issue resolution.

You will handle client inquiries, maintain documentation, set up new accounts in LIMS, and ensure ISO 17025 compliance. This role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, LIMS and client portals.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Food Science, Microbiology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; experience with LIMS and client portals.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, laboratory management and staff.
• Provide resolution to client service issues and technical support.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Report trends and concerns from clients and support improvements.
• Set up new client accounts in LIMS and prepare submission documents.
• Maintain records of client communications and requirements.
• Ensure ISO 17025 compliance is maintained.
