Job summary

SGS is a global leader in inspection, verification, testing and certification services. The Project Coordinator will coordinate SGS testing and other services with local labs and global affiliates, prepare samples, and readies equipment for analysis.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Advanced written and spoken English.
• Mathematical Skills: Intermediate.
• Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Intermediate.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Ability to interpret test procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SGS testing and services with local labs and affiliates.
• Review job tickets and monitor invoicing of job folders.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and email correspondence.
• Coordinate projects and perform data collection.
• Provide support to department staff and training where appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining calibration and ISO 17025 activities.
• Prepare specimens and run tests per procedures.
• Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
