Job summary

Atlantic Group in New York, NY seeks a seasoned client service and investor relations leader to direct the end-to-end experience for institutional and intermediary investors on a $10B+ private credit platform. You will build senior client relationships, oversee reporting, DDQs/RFPs, and bespoke requests, and partner across IR, Investment, Operations, Finance and Legal to deliver seamless coverage.

Qualifications

10+ years in investor relations or client service within private credit or alternative asset management.
Strong knowledge of loan tapes, corporate credit data, and institutional reporting.
Experience supporting sophisticated institutional investors with complex diligence and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead client service strategy and delivery across a private credit platform.
Own end-to-end client experience for institutional and intermediary investors.
Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Partner with IR, Investment, Operations, Finance, and Legal for seamless client coverage.
Oversee investor reporting, DDQs/RFPs, quarterly materials, and bespoke client requests.
Drive service standards, processes, and scalability as the platform grows.
Develop and lead a high-performing client service team.
Identify client needs and translate feedback into business improvements.
Support fundraising, client retention, reups, and strategic account planning.
