Atlantic Group in New York is seeking an Operations Manager / Senior Manager to oversee private and structured credit operations, including direct lending, CLOs, and related strategies. You will mentor junior staff and drive automation and process improvements to support growth.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of investment operations experience.
• Deep expertise across private credit including direct lending, broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, ABS, securitized products.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with a strong automation and systems-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations supporting private credit and structured credit strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior team members while helping drive team development.
• Partner closely with Investment, Investor Relations, Finance, Compliance, and external service providers.
• Enhance operational workflows through process improvement, automation, and technology solutions.
• Manage trade lifecycle, cash flows, reconciliations, servicing activities, and reporting across credit products.
• Support scaling of operational infrastructure as assets and investment activity continue to grow.
• Contribute to strategic operational initiatives and special projects.
