The role combines strategic relationship management, commercial oversight and service delivery to strengthen partnerships and support growth.

The position requires senior leadership experience, deep knowledge of private credit ops, and the ability to translate client requirements into clear business priorities across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of significant experience in private credit, alternative investment servicing or a comparable institutional financial services environment.
• Proven success managing senior client relationships and overseeing complex service arrangements.
• Strong understanding of private credit fund structures, loan servicing and the accounting and operational requirements of credit investment managers.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of strategic private credit client relationships, building trusted partnerships with CFOs, portfolio managers, operations leaders and treasury teams.
• Shape client account strategies around business objectives, evolving requirements and opportunities for growth.
• Provide leadership across private credit service delivery, ensuring consistent quality, accountability and responsiveness.
• Partner with senior colleagues across operations, technology and commercial teams to improve servicing capabilities and client outcomes.
• Lead executive reviews and strategic discussions, providing clear insight into performance, priorities and risks.
• Oversee complex relationship matters and escalations, coordinating effective resolution.
• Support commercial planning, revenue retention and the expansion of existing partnerships.
• Contribute to the development of scalable operating models as the private credit business grows.

I'm partnering with an established financial services organization to appoint a Head of Client Services within its private markets / private credit business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity combining strategic relationship management, commercial oversight and service delivery. You will work closely with private credit investment managers and internal leadership to strengthen partnerships, improve operating models and support sustainable growth.

The role suits an experienced leader who understands private credit operations and can translate complex client requirements into clear business priorities, influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple functions.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of significant experience in private credit, alternative investment servicing or a comparable institutional financial services environment.

• Strong understanding of private credit fund structures, loan servicing and the accounting and operational requirements of credit investment managers.
• Commercial judgment, with experience supporting account growth, negotiations and financial performance.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Experience driving service improvements, organizational change or operational transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred.
