Atlantic Group is seeking an Operations Manager (Private Credit) in New York, NY to lead investment operations, trade lifecycle management, and operational oversight within an alternative investment environment.

This leadership role partners with investment, finance, technology, and external service providers to drive process improvements, mentor team members, and enhance efficiency across a diverse credit platform.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
8–12 years of investment operations experience in private credit or related assets.
Strong understanding of alternative investment operations and trade lifecycle management.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with automation tools and platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational lifecycle for private credit investments, including trade settlement, cash activity, reconciliations, and portfolio support.
Mentor and support junior operations professionals and manage daily workflows and priorities.
Lead automation initiatives to optimize workflows, controls, reporting, and scalability.
Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, lenders, trustees, and external partners for timely transaction processing.
Monitor operational reporting, reconcile investment activity, and strengthen internal controls.
Partner with investment, finance, compliance, and technology teams on new investment activity and system enhancements.
