Atlantic Group seeks a Private Credit Operations Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of private credit investments from trade execution to portfolio support. You will partner across Investment, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Compliance to drive timely deal closings and minimize funding delays.

You will use platforms like ClearPar, Loan IQ, and WSO to process and reconcile transactions while supervising cash reconciliations and onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of credit operations experience in direct lending or CLO from a fund.
• Ability to partner with Investment, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and external counterparties to drive deal closings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Investment, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and external counterparties to drive timely and accurate deal closings.
• Act as the primary liaison with fund administrators and agents to manage settlement pipelines and minimize funding delays.
• Oversee trade capture, settlements, internal transfers, and fund-level KYC across multiple credit strategies.
• Utilize loan platforms (ClearPar, Loan IQ, WSO, IHS Markit) to process, monitor, and reconcile transactions.
• Supervise daily cash and position reconciliations, ensuring integrity of books and records.
• Oversee investment onboarding and administrator workflows to maintain clean data.
• Coordinate loan documentation, custodian records, corporate actions, and borrower communications.
• Support quarterly closes and annual audits with thorough documentation and data validation.
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s Operations Manual; produce recurring and ad hoc reporting.
