Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Leader in Baton Rouge, LA, to guide a team delivering high-quality client support. You will partner with the Branch Client Service Director and Branch Manager to align objectives with branch strategies while shaping client outcomes.

Your role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and branch performance. Experience in service delivery and licensing as required will be valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of client service professionals, ensuring they deliver top-notch support to both internal and external clients.
• Work closely with the Branch Client Service Director and Branch Manager to align team goals with the branch’s strategy.
• Your leadership will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our branch.

About You

Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

• Experience in managing teams and client accounts.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex issues simply.
• A collaborative mindset to work with colleagues and clients.
• A commitment to ethical practices and client satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements
• Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment
• Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
