Job summary

Carrot Recruitment is seeking a client experience professional for the New York City metro area, with remote/field-based work and a base salary range of $70,000–$100,000 plus comprehensive benefits. You will partner with pharmaceutical clients and internal teams to grow digital media partnerships, build strong relationships, manage renewals and expansions, and present data and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a business development or client-facing role within media/creative agency, healthcare media, or pharmaceutical advertising environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships with day-to-day communication, meetings, networking and events.
• Manage new business, renewals and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities across pharmaceutical brands.
• Prepare and present presentations, data, metrics and forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal delivery teams.
