The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a dynamic Client Experience Office Coordinator to join our Spring Valley team, on-site in NY. This role focuses on delivering unmatched client service and maintaining efficient office operations.

You will be the first point of contact, manage client communications, coordinate onboarding, and support timekeeping, invoicing, and databases while upholding our employee-owned culture and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office processes and administration
• Preferred: landscape/construction office experience
• Preferred: CRM and SAP experience
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Typing speed and cognitive test may be required

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and triage client/office needs
• Field current and prospective client calls
• Proposal production and contract initiation
• Process employee time sheets
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and file maintenance
• Complete onboarding for new hires
