Qualifications

• Two years of experience in office processes and administration.
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Preferred experience with CRM and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and triage client and office needs.
