Job summary

Van Cleef and Arpels is seeking a Client Experience Manager based in NYC to own the Americas client satisfaction pillar. You will analyze feedback, monitor online and offline signals, and partner with HQ and regional teams to drive loyalty and retention.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, reporting enhancements, and a proactive approach to client insights, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in client experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Google Looker, PowerBI) preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison for Client Satisfaction in the Americas across tools and collaboration.
• Oversee client satisfaction performance across the client journey and track inputs from multiple sources.
• Be the escalation point for client issues and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure follow-through.
• Lead reporting initiatives to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain a Client Satisfaction Community with regional stakeholders.
