Job summary

Buddha Jewelry is seeking an Inside Sales + Client Experience Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries, support wholesale and retail clients, and act as the first contact for new accounts. You will provide vital admin and sales support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth handoffs between service and sales.

The ideal candidate is solutions-focused, tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-touch service to every client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer service, sales, or a related client-facing role.
• A passion for delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Seattle, WA.
• Base hourly range of $24 - $25 plus bonus potential up to an additional $8/hr based on achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the main phone line and upsell during inbound calls.
• Answer/field phone calls with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Respond to client communications within 24 hours via email and Shopify Inbox.
• Handle product inquiries, order updates, returns, and brand questions with care.
• Review incoming orders flagged for fraud and coordinate with sales team.
• Introduce eligible clients to wholesale program and assist with onboarding.
• Qualify leads and schedule virtual sales appointments.
• Tag and assign inquiries in Shopify for seamless follow-up.
• Maintain CRM notes, tags, and insights.
