Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Leadership Team members across time zones.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, and leader coordination.
• Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, planning sessions, and other operating rhythms.
• Track commitments, follow-ups, and action items; maintain visibility of next steps.
• Assist with domestic and international travel planning and meeting logistics.
