24 Seven Talent is seeking a Jewelry Sales Expert to join our growing team in West Hollywood. You will serve as a trusted advisor during the customer journey, bringing a passion for jewelry and diamonds to life’s milestones in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will conduct in-person and virtual consultations, close sales, manage appointments, and collaborate with showroom, marketing, and product teams on launches and events.

Qualifications

• Proven success closing sales in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment.
• Mandatory experience selling diamonds.
• Independent, motivated, and highly organized.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong jewelry background; Certified Gemologist credentials preferred.

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive, patient, and service-oriented approach.
• Comfort with technology and working across virtual and in-person settings.
• Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including every Saturday and Sunday.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
