Job summary

Cristy Cali Jewelry is seeking a Client Experience & Retail Operations Assistant to be the primary voice and face of our brand for customers, collectors, and wholesale partners. This role leads all customer communication across phone, email, live chat, text, and social media, and oversees our private showroom with Saturday retail hours and private appointments.

You will support the Retail Operations Coordinator with product page development, image prep for Shopify, and data entry for tables,

Qualifications

• Retail or in-person customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Comfort handling multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn about jewelry, gemstones, and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer communications across phone, email, chat, text, and social media.
• Uphold company policies while delivering courteous, professional service.
• Build relationships with wholesale partners and support their needs.
• Assist with product page development and Shopify image sizing.
• Input product data including descriptions, pricing, and dimensions.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentable displays.
• Support private showroom appointments and Saturday hours.
• Help scale partner communications using an email platform as base grows.
