Job summary

L&E Research in Colorado is hiring a Client Services Representative to be the friendly face for clients and research participants as they walk in. You will help set up rooms, manage front desk duties, and support the team with recruiting and study logistics.

The role is part-time (up to 30 hours/week), on-site, with a fast-paced environment, opportunities to grow within Client Services, and mileage reimbursement for errands.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and people-oriented.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and fast pace.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends (up to 30 hours/week).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Curious about new tools and AI technologies.
• Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support; proficient in Word, Excel, Teams and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel cared for from arrival.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food and materials for sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies for the next group.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, project support, or other team needs as they arise.
