Qualifications

• Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance; mileage reimbursed for errands.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and OneDrive; tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of from arrival.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies for the next group.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, project support, or other team needs as they arise.
