Job summary

L&E Research is hiring a part-time Client Services Representative to support visitors and research participants at our Denver facility. The CSR will welcome guests, set up spaces, and handle front-desk duties, with a friendly, professional approach.

The role is on-site, up to 30 hours per week, and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends. Candidates should be comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic admin tasks; mileage is reimbursed for errands.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
• Flexible with shifting priorities and a fast pace.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Curious about new tools and technology, including AI.
• Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from arrival.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies, so the next group is ready to go.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
• Pitch in on recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they come up.
