Job summary

DivaDance is seeking a Client Experience Host (The Ultimate Hype Human) to welcome clients, understand their goals, and guide them to classes or memberships.

You’ll engage with guests, convert curiosity into commitment through natural sales discussions, and keep communications flowing across calls, texts, emails, and messages while supporting instructors and studio operations.

Qualifications

• Love meeting new people and can make anyone feel comfortable instantly.
• Have sales experience (fitness/wellness = a big plus)
• Are organized and can keep track of multiple conversations and follow-ups
• Feel confident using tech (or can learn quickly!)
• Bring positive, outgoing energy every time you walk in the door
• Have a passion for dance, fitness, or just hyping people up
