The Gig

We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to change lives through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress‑free dance class membership. Your primary goal is new membership sales.

• Connect with clients at classes to understand their experience and goals.
• Present membership options that fit their needs.
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership.
• Post to social media during classes while observing the class experience.
• Maintain a rapport with everyone you meet.

Qualifications

• Persuasive, articulate, and confident.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Enjoy working in a values‑driven, flexible environment.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation to Hartsdale/White Plains studios.

Hours, Compensation, Location

Host 2–4 classes per week – especially in the Hartsdale / White Plains area. Classes take place on weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will work at studios in the Hartsdale / White Plains area and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes.

Compensation: $20 per class (increases to $30 after 6 months) + $20 per membership sold + free dance classes.

It is ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.
