Mayors is seeking a Client Experience Host to deliver a World Class Client Experience across our showroom and VIP rooms. The role emphasizes hospitality, strong communication, and relationship-building with clients who expect luxury service.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to align with showroom hours and client demand. You will also support Sales Consultants and maintain client experience stations to wow every visitor.

Qualificações

• Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver World Class Client Experience to all clients and ensure showroom excellence.
• Maintain well-stocked client experience stations and VIP areas.
• Assist Sales Consultants in showroom and VIP room with client engagement.
• Engage clients with hospitality, research, and personalized service.
• Coordinate with team to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Objective

At Mayors, the Client Experience Host ensures delivery of a World Class Client Experience to all clients. Operating in a professional manner and utilizing exceptional communication skills to engage the client, they will have excellent client facing and interpersonal skills. Our Client Experience Host is responsible for facilitating unique and engaging client experiences using creative research and exceptional hospitality. They will be well presented and have a positive 'can do' attitude that is infectious both to the client and colleagues alike. Focusing on ensuring all client experience stations are well stocked and maintained they will also assist the Sales Consultants within the showroom and VIP room in the delivery of an exceptional client experience.

Schedule flexibility and availability is required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
