Job summary

The Juris Agency seeks an Entry-Level Sales Producer to drive customer engagement and sales growth. You will learn insurance products, connect with clients, and build lasting relationships while delivering value through tailored solutions.

This position emphasizes training and growth: no prior insurance experience required beyond enthusiasm. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, supportive coaching, and opportunities to advance as you develop consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Willingness to learn and enthusiasm is essential.
• Familiarity with insurance products is beneficial but training will be provided.
• Strong ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through telemarketing campaigns.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing exceptional service.
• Negotiate terms and product offerings to align with client requirements.
• Promote insurance products such as property and casualty, life, and commercial insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Assist with sales administration tasks including proposal preparation and follow-up communications.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance solutions.
