Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to fulfillment operations through Slack, email, and phone.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to oversee fulfillment/logistics tasks and ensure timely processing of orders.
• Utilize data analysis to monitor fulfillment performance, identify trends, and generate reports for process improvements.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting order accuracy and on-time delivery; develop solutions with Grip's technology team.
• Manage client projects and requests using project management tools to ensure timely completion.
• Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to discuss needs and provide updates; document notes and action items.
• Assess current processes to identify areas for improvement and propose new strategies and technologies to enhance experience and efficiency.
• Inform clients of events or changes affecting orders or delivery timelines to manage expectations.
