Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to join the Marketing Team. You will coordinate and execute client-facing events and experiences, including conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and virtual programs, collaborating with marketing, business development, and sector leaders.

The role requires travel up to 30%, strong organization, budgeting, and on-site support, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Base pay ranges with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• We require 3 years of event planning, client experience, marketing coordination, or related field.
• Experience coordinating logistics for live and/or virtual events and vendor/venue coordination.
• Strong budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and executes virtual, hybrid, and live client events of increasing complexity.
• Manages venue and digital platform selection, room blocks, technical needs, catering, signage and shipping.
• Obtains quotes from platforms, venues, and vendors; escalates pricing exceptions to seniors.
• Ensures required permissions, licenses, COIs, and vendor documentation are secured.
• Tracks budgets, processes invoices and PO spending against approved budgets.
• Coordinates client and attendee communications, invitations and post-event outreach.
