Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and servicing with clients and third parties, fielding inquiries and coordinating responses.
• Understand client relationships with JPMorgan Chase and related asset managers and consultants.
• Identify client experience improvements and drive implementation plans.
• Participate in client meetings and due diligence activities as appropriate.
• Plan and organize internal meetings and manage follow-up actions.
• Support creation and management of team policies, procedures, and data requirements for MIS/KPI reporting.
