Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Client Service Coordinator I in Rancho Cordova, CA. This role supports day-to-day client operations, coordinates updates, and ensures service delivery across accounts while building foundational knowledge of systems and processes.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with a $21/hr compensation and a $500 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include managing orders, monitoring shipments, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus.
• Some experience with order entry or administrative roles in logistics.
• Some experience with customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage order lifecycle from entry to final delivery under senior guidance.
• Monitor shipments and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support client communications through reporting and routine service updates.
• Assist in resolving routine operational and shipment issues promptly.
• Ensure SOPs and customer requirements are followed.
• Escalate risks or delays to the appropriate team.
• Enter and update orders in internal systems accurately.
• Maintain data integrity across TMS and reporting tools.
• Support shipment documentation, tracking, and status management.
• Assist with basic customer inquiries regarding shipment status.
• Monitor queues and support timely ticket review and resolution.
• Provide administrative support to Coordinators, Managers, and accounts.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
