You will coordinate communications, manage multiple accounts, and help grow client relationships with timely, accurate support. A strong emphasis on organization and professional communication will drive success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) required.
• Strong clerical, organizational, and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage large volumes of emails across multiple accounts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Willingness to participate in company events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business, purchasing history, and ongoing needs.
• Provide responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service.
• Support an assigned Client Relationship Manager by providing exceptional service to their portfolio of clients.
• Coordinate routine communication and activities between clients, Client Relationship Managers, and internal support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Help identify opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions that support clients' businesses.
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain organized and accurate customer information and documentation.
• Manage a high volume of emails across multiple accounts while prioritizing requests and responding promptly.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks that support the Client Coordinator department.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while supporting Ernest's culture and commitment to outstanding service.
