HairClub seeks a friendly, energetic front desk associate to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support the styling team. You will handle calls, transactions, and provide a welcoming environment for clients as they begin their hair loss journey.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of high-paced guest service experience, strong organizational skills, and professional communication. The role offers an on-site work model with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year of high-paced guest service experience.
• POS system or other business software experience.
• Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the company.
• Utilize superior organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Work independently and self-motivated.
• Professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and visitors promptly with a smile and assists with requests.
• Answers calls professionally, provides information, and directs calls as needed.
• Enter client transactions accurately using correct service/product codes.
• Manage scheduling activities, including advance booking, wait times, and confirmations.
• Support styling team with scheduling, documentation, and retail/service add-ons.
