This role supports both part-time and full-time schedules with a focus on exceptional service. The ideal candidate will handle calls, reservations, and client communication, while promoting services and products in a lively, welcoming shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in salon/hospitality.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client communications by phone, reservations, and quotes.
• Inform clients about wait times and staffing delays as needed.
• Upsell retail & services where appropriate.
• Communicate pricing and quotes to clients clearly.
• Greet and assist clients waiting for service and checkout procedures.
• Maintain front desk organization and assist with cleaning duties.
