Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator on 2nd shift in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will serve as a main liaison between clients and Saddle Creek, ensuring a high quality, professional client experience and timely issue resolution.

You will support communications, manage client requests, and coordinate with warehouse operations to deliver accurate updates and effective service. The role emphasizes strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• At least six months of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
• Support client relationships by becoming an extension of our client's business.
• Build rapport with partners, set expectations and provide status updates.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress on client requests and issues.
• Navigate warehouse systems as needed for client requests.
