Responsibilities

• Open the Holiday, FL showroom on agreed office hours; greet walk-ins and scheduled visitors.
• Book and run paid session rentals on the demo equipment (chambers, red-light bed, PEMF, cold plunge).
• Collect customer info during visits — name, email, phone, address, install photos, site-readiness details — and file it in the correct system.
• Handle routine customer communications: appointment reminders, install scheduling confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Keep the shared calendar and job spreadsheet current; flag anything that needs the owner's attention.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable being the face of the showroom.
• Strong written communication — clear, professional emails and texts.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, shared calendars, and simple web tools.
• Discretion with customer information.

Nice to have

• Wellness, spa, medical office, or high-end retail experience.
