Job summary

Prestige Hyperbaric and Wellness LLC is seeking a commission-only outside sales rep to grow our hyperbaric equipment business from the Holiday, FL showroom. You will prospect wellness clinics, book showroom appointments, and close high-value chamber sales.

Own the deal from first outreach through signed order, keep your CRM pipeline current, and hand the customer to Ops for install scheduling. This is a 1099 contractor role with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales of wellness or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to close five- and six-figure deals.
• Self-directed prospecting with a developed or developing book.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales record — high-ticket wellness, medical devices, capital equipment, home improvement, or comparable.


• Comfortable closing 5-figure and low 6-figure transactions.


• Self-directed prospecting; you bring your own book or you know how to build one.


• Professional, warm, on-time; strong written and phone follow-up.

Nice to have

• Existing network in wellness, longevity, chiropractic, or elite-athlete circles.


• Familiarity with hyperbaric therapy, red-light therapy, cold plunge, PEMF, or oxygen equipment.

Compensation: 1099 contractor. Commission-only, uncapped. Paid on closed sales and confirmed showroom conversions.

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Pay is based entirely on performance. No base, no draw. Top performers can make substantial income — Michelle, our current top rep, is proof this can work.
