Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing, administrative, or communications experience.
• Preferred - Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused company

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, prospects and partners and set the tone for their experience with our company.
• Route calls/messages to the correct team, department, or individual.
• Update customer account information in Salesforce and maintain organized records.
• Respond to basic requests and assist with triage to support prompt, high-quality service.
