Job summary

Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist to greet customers, manage inquiries, and route calls with a focus on timely, high-quality service. You will update Salesforce records, log client information, and maintain organized account histories while triaging emails and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.

This is a full-time role offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing, administrative, or communications experience.
• Preferred - Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, prospects, and partners and set the tone for their experience with our company.
