Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service-related experience in payroll, human resources, benefits, or SaaS.
• Proficiency with Windows Office programs and CRM Salesforce.
• Proficiency in basic system problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processes and time/attendance data for clients.
• Support onboarding, applicant tracking, payroll and HR systems; maintain employee records.
• Communicate with clients via phone/email and resolve issues while maintaining professionalism.
• Identify process improvements and assist with special projects to keep HCM software running smoothly.
