• Connect with customers through lobby engagement to position PNC products and services.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate to branch staff.
• Support proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including service-to-sales efforts and effective lobby engagement.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in resolving customer problems to drive loyalty and stronger client relationships.
