Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in New York to deliver warm, responsive service and build trusted client relationships while using Chase Mobile App and digital tools to support daily banking needs.

You will welcome clients in-branch, open and service accounts, educate on self-service options, and collaborate with the branch team to meet clients' financial goals in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Comfort with learning new banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions with branch team members.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
