Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in New York to deliver welcoming, attentive service and support clients in achieving their financial goals. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide digital banking usage, including the Chase Mobile App and online tools.

Build trusted relationships, collaborate with team members, and ensure compliance with policies while handling branch operations and cash devices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and help manage cash devices per bank policies.
