Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge, partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs while adhering to bank policies.
