Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, English-speaking teller/support associate in Florida to provide timely client transactions and excellent service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and help integrate relationship management to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork within the Retail Banking environment, with potential for varied shifts and hours based on branch demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance knowledge of products, sales and service processes and compliance.
