Job summary

First Horizon Bank is hiring for a on-site Client Experience Associate in Orlando. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, routing, authentication, and issue triage, aiming for first-call resolution of everyday banking needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associate/bachelor's preferred) with 1–3 years in client-facing banking or call center work. Training will be eight weeks, with a fixed schedule and Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college/degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of client-facing experience in banking or call center environment preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting service, quality, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound client calls, handle routing, authentication, and triage.
