Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience working with clients or in customer-facing roles.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hospitality ambassador guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Conduct accurate everyday banking transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions and refer to appropriate partners when needed.
• Understand basic banking products to evaluate client needs and recommend solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within approved limits and escalate non-standard issues.
